How is the course structured?

The Innovator Launchpad course introduces the entrepreneurship process in three modules: the first module (START) helps you to understand the basics of the innovation process and methods for developing a good business idea. The second module (BUILD) teaches you how to evaluate and refine your business idea according to its desirability, feasibility and viability. Lastly, the third module (SCALE) supports you in building a roadmap for scaling your idea or existing business.

The courses consist of self-paced learning materials that include quizzes, videos and practical examples taken from the mobility (bicycle) industry – the tools and techniques introduced are however relevant to any industry.
